This is the second part on our series "Wing Chun for Beginners" and it explains important techniques in Wing Chun in more detail. The aim here is to understand the concepts and principles behind these techniques. So this course is not so much about training new techniques but understanding why we do them in this way.
The Course teaches the following:
Hi! My name is Martin Grünstäudl and I´m very passionate about training and teaching Martial Arts. The martial art I´ve trained the most so far is Wing Chun Kung Fu.
I have trained this fascinating Chinese martial art for more than 10 years in Europe´s biggest Wing Chun organization. Since then I´ve had the privilege for the last couple of years to go even deeper into the art by learning from really great masters.
I also got a lot of training in a Filipino Martial Art called Escrima (often also referred to as Kali or Arnis). This art mainly uses weapons like sticks and knives for training. But there is a weaponless way of fighting too, which is called Panantukan - an indeed very effective and also fascinating fighting style.
Now I want to share what I have learnt with you by providing Online Courses and Master Classes. I hope it is of great value to you!
